Ms. Laiqa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from India and has gained extensive experience in human resource management. She has previously provided services to national and international organizations including MSI and ACF in Afghanistan where she supported activities related to talent management, HR policy formulation, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ms. Laiqa works closely with our national and provincial teams to run our HR operations and ensure a productive and supportive work environment is provided to all staff members.
