The food security and nutrition country capacity development project focused on improving multi-sectoral coordination and related skills set of provincial representatives to drive implementation of the national food security and nutrition agenda. Interactive learning, experience sharing, and focus-group discussions were held with academia, public service departments, NGOs, civil society and private sector. Sessions were focused on improving governance structure, ensuring consistency, creating synergies, participating in informed policy making and improving coordination and implementation of food security and nutrition programs at the subnational or provincial level.
